The morning starts on the square.

Organic coffee, freshly squeezed juice, homemade crêpes. From 9am, on the Plaza Doctor Arce terrace.

Some call it brunch; we call it a long colazione. A cappuccino with the day's fresh milk, an all-butter croissant, orange juice squeezed to order — and no hurry to leave the table.

The crêpes and cakes are made in-house. And if the morning stretches into midday, the cucina del sud opens at 13:00: the lasagna, the gnocchi, the parmigiana. The table is yours; the clock isn't.
